Leadership Development Workshops

Bob customizes high-end, leadership development workshops to the needs, challenges, and culture of your organization. The approach uses best practices, often in conjunction with a leadership team coaching process, that optimize adult learning and skill development to address real-time challenges and opportunities for immediate, high-impact business results. He also teaches leadership and organizational change courses at Marquette University.

One goal is to support each manager in making a difference to help the business and all employees align to pursue organizational and human potential.
